Dept 56 Dickens' Village Mulberrie Court #58345 Christmas Building With Light

  

Building is in excellent condition, I don't see any issues to note. Comes with a 3-Bulb light cord that works! Comes with all 7 original bush accessories. The original box is included but is in terrible condition; The styrofoam is tore up and has holes.. Outer sleeve of box has a few stains and allot of edge wear and some tears.

Of course, the building will be packed extremely well and will arrive safely, but if you're looking for a mint box, this is definitely not it. But the building itself is pristine.
