Notice the sign as well as the dome are in a luxurious gold leaf color that is significantly more beautiful than the normal white dome ones made by Dept 56. This is a replica of the Old Royal Observatory in Greenwich, England which keeps the world's time.

Size 5.25" x 5.5" x 8.25. The building is in excellent condition! The box sleeve shows some signs of wear from storage and glue at seam is separating as seen in picture. This was one of the largest personal collections we have ever seen with well over 1,000 beautiful immaculate pieces. The owners dedicated a large portion of their home to this amazing display that was up year round. Many news articles were written about this display and tours were always welcomed.
