House Fezziwig's Christmas Village Gift Set. Set has been tested and everything works with no issues! I cannot see any chips, cracks, nicks, repairs to any of the pieces.

In like new condition, snow has never been opened. Trees are in excellent condition with no flat spots. Box is in very good condition with no tears or rips. Protective Styrofoam is in excellent condition. Very very nice condition with no issues.

Dickens' Village Series Gift Set Fezziwig's Ballroom. Has silver bell that appears to have never been opened.
