NEW Under the NCC Umbrella (An Exclusive Edition for the National Council of 56 Clubs) 56.02100. Lot was in my grandparents Christmas closet. Stored in cool, clean, dry indoors. Ive visually inspected each piece and there arent any noticeable chips, cracks, missing pieces, etc. That I can see although I may have missed some because Im not an expert at this type of collectable.

They all appear to be in very nice condition. All the buildings come with plug-in lights. As noted above, some items are new and appear to have never been out of the box and never displayed, most have. Each item has all original packing styrofoam and boxes. The boxes are in good condition with some minor shelf wear.
